Auditor
The Company’s auditors, PwC,were elected as auditors of the Company in 2025. Previous auditors, KPMG AB, were initially elected as auditors of the Company in 2017.
At the 2025 annual general meeting, PwC were elected for a period until the 2026 annual general meeting, with Eva Carlsvi as the auditor in charge.
Eva Carlsvi is an authorized public accountant and member of the Swedish Institute of Authorized Public Accountants (Sw. Föreningen Auktoriserade Revisorer) (“FAR”).
